AED Headquarters offers a 30-day money back guarantee from invoice date on all AEDs. AEDs must be returned in new condition with the original packaging. Customer must fax a copy of the original receipt to AED Headquarters and call 800-233-4636 for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning merchandise. Accessories (electrodes, batteries, books, software, videos, and DVDs) are not eligible for return credit or cash. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, AED Headquarters urges customers to ship returns insured using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. AED Headquarters is not responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Only merchandise purchased from AED Headquarters is subject to return based on the aforementioned criteria.

Damaged Shipments - Due to improper handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. AED Headquarters is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturer Defects - If a product appears to have a manufacture defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned due to a manufactures defect, you must first receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning defective merchandise. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

INSTRUCTIONS AFTER RECEIVING AN RMA NUMBER

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipments with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.

Warranty & Technical Support - All automated external defibrillators (AEDs) sold by AED Headquarters include a minimum 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service and technical support questions are accommodated at the following telephone numbers based on your model of AED or accessories:
