AED HEADQUARTERS provides Free Ground Shipping within the contiguous 48 States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico) when the total of your order exceeds $500. Only payments made with a credit card, prepaid check or money order qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Purchase Orders requesting payment terms will not receive Free Ground Shipping.

To insure that your Fed-Ex (Ground) shipment meets with your delivery requirements, please inspect the map below which will allow you to view exactly the amount of days a shipment will take based on your ship to location. This will allow you to determine if you need to consider upgrading to have the shipment sent FedEx Express.

 EXPEDITED SHIPMENT CHARGES

AED HEADQUARTERS calculates the number of cartons, the product weight and the ship to zip code in order to see the actual shipping charges.  This is only applicable for customers who may request one of the expedited shipments listed below.  The check out procedure automatically calculates the total charges based on your expedited selection when purchasing a product during the checking out process. 

FOR OVER 10 YEARS FEDERAL EXPRESS HAS BEEN OUR PREFERRED SHIPPER.  Whether it was one of our shipments for the Valdez Oil spill in Alaska or the Anthrax crisis at the Capital Building, Brentwood Post Office and Trenton Post Office, we have always been able to count on the support of Federal Express.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship from our warehouse located in Richfield, Ohio Monday thru Friday provided we have your order by 3:00 pm eastern standard time.  From time to time on products purchased infrequently, we may elect to ship the product directly from the manufacturer to our customers.  Again, unless specific expedited shipping is requested, products placed on a credit card exceeding $500 will be shipped Fed-Ex Ground ”Free” with no additional charges as long as the destination is within the continental United States.
